O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 404/2018 This joint petition has been filed by the parties under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to pass the Award adjudicating the disputes between the parties in Arbitration Case No.1 and Arbitration Case No.2. Having perused the contents of the petition, the time for making of the Award in Arbitration Case No.1 and Arbitration Case No.2 is extended by a further period of six months with effect from 05.01.2019. The petition is allowed in the above terms, with no order as to cost. Dasti.
