% 19.02.2019 This petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for the Sole Arbitrator to pass the Award adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties.

Notice of this petition was issued to the respondents on 21.12.2018. On 25.01.2019 it was recorded that the affidavit of service filed by the petitioner indicates that respondent nos. 1 and 2 have been duly served with the notice issued by this Court. As there was no report of service available as far as respondent no. 3 was concerned, fresh notice was issued to respondent no. 3.

The petitioner has now filed an affidavit of service indicating that respondent no. 3 has also been duly served by way of an e-mail addressed to the respondent no. 3 at the e-mail ID mentioned in the Company Master Data maintained by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

In spite of service none appears for the respondents and they are, therefore, proceeded ex parte.

Having perused the contents of the petition, the time for making of the Award is extended by a further period of four weeks with effect from today. The petition is allowed in the above terms, with no order as to cost. Dasti.
