HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA

O R D E R

% 20.12.2018 Crl.M.A. 50391/2018 Exemption allowed subject to just exceptions. W.P.(CRL) 3916/2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to re-establish social ties, provide care to the family, carry on the renovation work which is in progress regarding the house and arrange finance for survival and study of the minor daughter.

A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that the petitioner has been out for 5 and a half months in this year.

Faced with this situation learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
