This application is, accordingly, disposed of W.P.(C) 13970/2018 & CM APPL. 54692/2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to enforce and comply with the order dated 02.01.2017 passed by CIC in second appeal No.CIC/SA/A/2016/000308 titled Shiv Prakash Katiyar vs. University Grants Commission and order dated 25.02.2016 passed by CIC in second appeal No.

CIC/SA/A/2015/002095.

Since the order dated 02.01.2017 passed by the CIC was not complied with, the petitioner filed the petition before this Court vide W.P.(C) 2367/2017, which was disposed of vide order dated 26.04.2017 by giving

liberty to the petitioner to approach the CIC for taking action against the respondent for their alleged failure to comply with the directions of the CIC to provide information.

Consequently, the petitioner approached CIC on 17.05.2017.

However, till date no order has been passed by CIC for compliance of orders dated 25.02.2016 and 02.01.2017, as mentioned above. The present petition is disposed of without issuing notice to the respondents and I hereby direct the CIC to take action and to get the aforementioned orders complied with.

The CIC shall take steps within two weeks from the receipt of this order. A copy of this order be sent to the CIC. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
