% 20.12.2018 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent No. 2 are related to each other. A quarrel tool place on trivial issue consequent to which FIR No. 82/2018 under Sections 323/354/506/509/34 IPC was registered at police station Geeta Colony.

With the intervention of the elders in the family petitioners and respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have settled their disputes of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, vide a Memorandum of Understanding dated 11.12.2018.

Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and are identified by SI Nitu Kumar of police station Geeta Colony and it is submitted that respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have no objection in case FIR No. 82/2018

under Sections 323/354/506/509/34 IPC registered at police station Geeta Colony is quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 & 3 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
