% 05.04.2019 Pre-arrest bail is sought in FIR No. 461/18, under Sections 498A/406/377/34 of IPC, registered at police station Begumpur, Delhi by the husband of complainant/first informant of this FIR. While entertaining this application, interim protection was granted to petitioner subject to his joining investigation. Petitioner's counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation.
Upon hearing and on perusal of the FIR of this case and the status report, interim order of 20th December, 2018 is made absolute, with the rider that petitioner would not send any whatsapp messages to the BAIL APPLN. 3032/2018
complainant/first informant of this FIR and her relatives and will not post any messages on facebook or the social media. It is made clear that in case petitioner is found to be sending any messages on social media to complainant/first informant or her relatives, then this order is liable to be vacated.
Without commenting upon the merits of this case, it is directed that in the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to bail subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer concerned. With aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of. Dasti.
