An Application has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for correction in paragraph No.22 of the Order dated 27.11.2025. 4.
It is submitted that there is typographical error in paragraph No.22, wherein while directing that the original documents having the signatures of the deceased Usha Aggarwal "be" not returned, it has been written as "but" not returned.

It is evident that there is a typographical error in paragraph No.22 and the words "but not returned" in fifth line be read as "be not returned" while the original documents which do not have the signatures of the deceased/Petitioner may be returned in terms of the impugned Order. 6.
