% 20.12.2018 After some hearing, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith, the petitioner seeking liberty to approach the court of sessions by application under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. pointing out to the said court, inter alia, that there has been suppression of facts on account of which the said court has been misled into granting the bail order on 15.12.2018.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. Dasti under the signature of Court Master.
