On 23.04.2024 this Court had noted that the Petitioner has not been appearing in the matter and it was made clear that in case the Petitioner fails to appear even on the next date of hearing, the matter will be dismissed for non-prosecution and the matter was adjourned to 07.05.2024. On 07.05.2024 also there was no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner and the matter was adjourned to today, i.e. 08.05.2024. Today also there is no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner.

It seems that the Petitioner is not interested in perusing the matter. 5.
Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed.
