O R D E R

% 17.01.2019 Respondent no.2 Smt. Raghbir Kaur is present in Court and accepts notice. She has been identified by SI Anuj Kumar of police station Anand Vihar. It is submitted that property dispute arose between petitioners and respondents which lead to the registration of FIR no. 540/2010 under Sections 420/406/120B IPC at police station Anand Vihar.

With the intervention of elders in the family, petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, aforesaid FIR and the

consequent proceedings emanating therefrom may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 admits having settled the matter with petitioners of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and says that she has no objection in case aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed against the petitioners. Affidavit of respondent no. 2 is on record to this effect. Petitioners and respondent no.2 further submit that terms of settlement have been complied with except that petitioner no.1 has to withdraw the civil suit pending before the trial court.

Petitioner no.1 is present in the court and undertakes to withdraw the civil suit tomorrow i.e. 18.01.2019. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
