By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground of marriage of his sister is fixed for 22nd January, 2019. A status report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the status report, the factum of marriage of Nisha, sister of the petitioner to be performed on 22nd January, 2019 has been verified. As per the nominal roll handed over which is also taken on record the petitioner was granted parole by this Court for a period of four weeks with effect from 2nd November, 2018 which concession he did not misuse.

Considering the facts verified and the previous conduct, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of three weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety bond of the like W.P.(CRL) 3944/2018

amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. 3.

Petition is disposed of.
