% 15.01.2019 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no. 1. Respondent no. 2, namely, Ms. Peace Kamal is present in Court and has been identified by SI Amit Chaudhary of Police Station Shahdara. Respondent No. 2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion vide Compromise Deed dated 17.12.2018. She states that she has no objection in case FIR No. 0011/2018 under Sections 354-A/323/506/509/34 IPC registered at Police Station Shahdara and consequent proceedings are quashed. In view of the settlement arrived at between respondent No. 2 and petitioners, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
