Learned counsels for the parties state that the present petition has been rendered infructuous in view of the order dated 15.02.2017 passed by the Lieutenant Governor, GNCT of Delhi, disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated 09.02.2016 passed by the Disciplinary Authority and exonerating him of the charges levelled, while administrating a warning to him to be more careful in future. 2.

In view of the submission made hereinabove, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous.
