W.P.(C) 13914/2018 & CM APPLN. 54394/2018 After some arguments, it is revealed that pursuant to order dated 19.09.2017, the governing body of the College/respondent No. 3 has not taken any decision, therefore, without issuing notice in the instant petition, I hereby disposed of the present petition directing the respondent No. 3 to constitute a Fact Finding Committee on or before 30.12.2018. Thereafter, the decision shall be taken positively within 8 weeks and

the decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter in writing.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
