% 23.04.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to grant MACP benefits to the petitioner with effect from July, 2014.

Keeping in view the averments made in the said petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I dispose of the present petition directing the respondent no.1 to treat petitioner's writ petition as representation of the petitioner and take final decision in accordance with rules within four weeks, from the receipt of this order. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
