% 21.12.2018 After some arguments, I am disposing of the present petition directing the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 24.08.2018 which is Annexure P-14.

It is made clear that if any of the document is required from the petitioner, the respondent may ask for the same from the petitioner in writing and on submission of the documents, the respondent shall take decision within four weeks therefrom.

I further made it clear that if any document is required by the respondent, communication in this regard shall be sent to the petitioner within one week from the receipt of this order. Needless to state that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision to be taken by the respondent, he shall be at liberty to challenge the same

before the appropriate Forum.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
