% 04.02.2019 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that last year when he availed parole he got married and now he wants to extend family and re-establish social ties. Petitioner also challenges the communication dated 28th August, 2018 whereby his application seeking parole on the ground aforesaid was rejected.

A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that after the order rejecting parole application on 28th August, 2018 the petitioner was directed to be released on furlough with effect from 31st August, 2018 to 15th September, 2018. The petitioner having thus received 14 days furlough after the rejection order, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner. Petition is dismissed.
