E.A. 705/2016 This is an application filed by decree holder seeking modification of the order dated 6.5.2016.

It may be noticed that vide order dated 23.11.2015 the decree was directed to be transferred to the concerned District Judge, Calcutta. The petitioner thereafter sought modification of the order dated 23.11.2015. Vide order dated 6.5.2016, the decree was directed to be transferred to the court of competent jurisdiction at Kolkata, as prayed by the decree holder. Learned counsel for the decree holder submits that a specific order should be passed directing transfer of the decree to the Registrar (Original Side) Kolkata High Court, West Bengal.

As prayed, let the decree be transferred to the Court of Registrar (Original Side) Kolkata High Court, West Bengal.
