% 09.08.2016 I.A. No.8235/2016 (for directions, by petitioners) Respondent is served. However, no one appears on its behalf. It is stated in the application that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in the above said petition as well as in Arb. P. No.673/2015, the respondent deposited Rs.75,000/- per month for two months, i.e. in total Rs.1,50,000/- in this Court. In view of the fact that the matter stands settled between the parties in terms of the above said orders, more specifically, the order dated 17th March, 2016 passed in Arb. P. No.673/2015, the petitioners are entitled to the amount deposited by the respondent before this Court. In view of the averments made in the application, the prayer made therein is allowed. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to release the sum of Rs.l,50,000/- along with interest, if any accrued thereon, in favour of the petitioners in the ratio of 25% each in respect of petitioners No.1 and 2 and

50% in respect of petitioner No.3.

The application is disposed of.
