% 21.12.2018 After some hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition, the petitioner seeking liberty to first argue on the question of charge which is the stage at which the matter is pending before the trial court and thereafter move afresh.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, granted. Dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
