% 21.12.2018 The petitioner seeks extension of parole which was granted to her due to her medical condition. Her position has not improved. He is about 74 years of age. The factum of her continued ailment is not disputed. In the circumstances, the petition is allowed and the parole of the petitioner is extended by three months from the date of expiry of her present parole on the same terms and conditions.

The petition is disposed off.
