By these petitions the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 193/2017 under Sections 406/420/120B IPG registered at PS EOW. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already entered into a settlement with the complainant which fact is accepted BAIL APPLN. 3057/2018
by learned counsel for the complainant which was earlier known as M/s S.E. Investment Limited and now is called as Paisalo Digital Limited who is present in Court and states that a sum of ^75 laldis has already been received by the complainant in terms of the settlement. 3.
Leamed counsel for the petitioners states that the balance amount of ^75 lakhs will be paid as per the terms of the settlement. Considering the fact that the parties have settled the matter, this Court deems it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

It is, therefore, directed that the petitioners be released on bail on r their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ^25,000/- each with one surety bond each of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that the petitioners will not leave the country without prior permission of the Court concerned and in case of change of residential address the same will be intimated to the Court concerned by way of an affidavit. 8.
