% 21.08.2024 The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 17.11.2018, whereby the respondent was granted permission to travel abroad for a period of six months from the date of the release of her passport, subject to certain conditions. The petition has been pending since 2018, and the respondent has not appeared. However, on the face of it, the impugned order has already served its purpose, and the petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.

Mr. Satish Aggarwala, learned Special Counsel for Income Tax, has informed that the respondent has not returned as required by the impugned order.
