The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. against the order dated 15.12.2018 passed by Ld. Link MM to Ld. CMM, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.

Vide the impugned order dated 15.12.2018 Ld. MM granted the permission to travel abroad from 18.12.2018 to 18.01.2019. On the petition being filed, an interim order was passed vide order dated 21.12.2018.

However now the period for which the permission to travel abroad has lapsed. The present petition has become infructuous.
