The short question that arises for consideration is whether the petitioner is entitled to avail of the One-Time Settlement (OTS) scheme. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the concerned committee had already declined the petitioner's offer for settling the dues as per the said scheme. However, she seeks time to place the same on record and also indicate that the amount payable by the petitioner if the said scheme is held to be applicable.
