% 21.12.2018 1.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if the respondent no.1 is directed to decide his representations dated 04.10.2018 and 05.11.2018 in an expeditious manner by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

2.

Ms.Arti Bansal, learned counsel, who appears on advance notice for the respondent no.1 submits that the respondent no.1 will take expeditious steps to dispose of the petitioner's aforesaid representations in the time, that may be granted by this Court. 3.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with directions to the respondent no.1 to decide the petitioner's pending representations dated 04.10.2018 and 05.11.2018 by passing a reasoned and speaking

order within a period of six weeks. A copy of the said order will be forthwith communicated to the petitioner as also to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.

Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by respondent no.1, it will be open for him to take legal recourse as permissible under law.
