% 11.03.2019 None appears for the Defendant. Ld. counsel for the Plaintiffs submits that the disputes with the Defendant have been settled vide agreement dated 11th February, 2019. A copy of the said agreement has been placed on record. As per clause 3.3(d) of the Settlement Agreement, the parties have agreed that the suit can be disposed of in terms of the settlement. Taking the copy of the agreement dated 11th February, 2019 on record, the suit is disposed of as settled in terms of the agreement. The original/certified of the agreement duly endorsed to be a `True copy' by the parties be placed on record within two weeks.
