O R D E R

% 27.02.2019 The petitioner has joined investigations and undertakes to continue to do so on every date when he is so required.

The petitioner's passport is with the Investigating Agency and LOC stands opened against him.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in RC 4 (S) 2001/CBI/SC-I/ND dated 16.03.2001 registered under sections 120 B r/w 380, 419, 420, 465, 467, 471 & 474 IPC and section 12

(1) (a) & (d) of the Passport Act, 1967, he be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with a surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer, subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall continue to participate in the investigations as and when he is so intimated by the Investigating Officer; (ii) he shall furnish his mobile phone number to the Investigating Officer,

which shall be kept operational at all times, so that he could be contacted;

(iii) he shall not make any effort to evade the process of law; and (iv) in case of change of the phone numbers or address, the petitioner shall inform the Investigating Officer forthwith.

Observations made in this order shall have no bearing on the merits of the case.
