CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE C. HARI SHANKAR % ORDER (ORAL) 21.12.2018 1.
The petitioner claims to be operating a taxi stand in Vasant Kunj, and has moved this writ petition submitting that he has apprehensions that he, alongwith his taxi stand, would be removed from the said site, without following due process of law. 2.
There is no material forthcoming on the record to indicate that any such action is threatened. In the circumstances, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents not to take any action against the petitioner save and W.P.(C) 13996/2018
except in accordance with the due process and procedure prescribed by law for the said purpose.
3.
The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. 4.
Mr. Kunal Vajani appearing for Respondent No.2 disputes the very existence of the petitioner at the said site. 5.
In view of the order passed today, the said dispute need not detain this Court. Needless to say, this order would apply only in case the petitioner is really running a taxi stand at the said site. Dasti.
