CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU

O R D E R

% 05.04.2019 1.

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "Issue an appropriate writ, direction or order in the nature of a Mandamus set aside the Order dated 31.03.2018 passed by the Respondent No. 1 opening LOC (look out circular) against the Petitioners;" 2.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 3 and 4 states that the Look Out Circulars (LOCs) were issued pursuant to their request, and the term of the said LOCs has ended. He further states, on instructions, that the said respondents do not intend to further renew the same. He submits

that in view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive. 3.

The aforesaid contention is merited. Since, the term of the LOCs has ended and respondent nos. 3 and 4 do not intend to review the same, respondent nos. 1 and 2 are directed to take the necessary steps to ensure that the LOCs issued against the petitioners (pursuant to FIR No. 682/2017) are withdrawn.

4.

No further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The pending application is also disposed of.
