Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to typographical mistake, the amount paid by the petitioners to the respondent No.2 has been mentioned as Rs.1,40,000/- instead of Rs.14,00,000/- in the order dated 15.2.2019 as is evident from para no.3 of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 1.12.2018. 4.

Learned APP for the State has gone through the record and submitted that due to typographical mistake, the amount was mentioned as Rs.1,40,000/- instead of Rs.14,00,000/-. 5.

In view of the above, the application is allowed accordingly. The amount mentioned in para no.4 of the order dated 15.2.2019 shall be read as Rs.14,00,000/- instead of Rs.1,40,000/-.
