W.P.(Crl.) No.29/2019 By this petition, the parties seek quashing of FIR No.504/2018 under Sections 376/328 IPC registered at PS Shakarpur on the basis of compromise.

Offence under Section 376 IPC being serious in nature, the FIR in question cannot be quashed on the basis of compromise. Petition is dismissed.
