% 23.02.2017 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. moved by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.22/2014, under Section 307 IPC, registered at Police Station-Sarai Rohilla Railway Station, Delhi. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been acquitted of the charges by the Court below and therefore he wishes to withdraw the present petition.
