By way of the present application under Section 151 of the Code of the Civil Procedure, 1908, the Applicants/ Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 seek to release of rent/mesne profits deposited by the Appellant Nos. 3 to 6 from 14.09.2004 to 06.12.2015.

During the pendency of the Appeal, the Appellant Nos. 3 to 6 are stated to have deposited Rs. 31,40,000/- towards use and occupation of the premises vide final judgment dated 01.10.2025, the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have been held entitled to the property. 5.
Now, an application has been filed for directing the Registry to release the amounts deposited by the Appellant Nos. 3 and 4 in favour The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. of the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. As per the judgment passed on 01.10.2025, Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have been held entitled to the ownership of the property.

Hence, the Registry is directed to release the amount along with accrued interest, if any, to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 forthwith. 7.
