% 16.12.2016 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, in unison, state that they have arrived at a settlement of the underlying dispute as revealed in the Memorandum of Settlement dated 12th December 2016, a copy of which has been handed over in Court today.

I have perused the said Memorandum of Settlement. The Settlement Agreement is lawful and is hereby accepted and taken on record. The parties shall abide by the terms and conditions of the said Settlement Agreement, without demur.

In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition. Leave granted.
