MA No. 16346/2015 (Stay) The present is a petition under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking consolidation of the cases instituted by the petitioners herein as well as by Mr. Suman Chhabra, the respondent no. 1 herein against each other which are pending adjudication before the District Court, Saket, New Delhi.

Shri Ankit Singla, Ld. MM Upon the notice being served, Mr. Suman Chhabra, respondent no. 1 herein is present in person today and states that he has no objection if the present petition is allowed and all the cases as afore-mentioned are transferred to one court for adjudication.
In view of the foregoing, it is considered expedient to consolidate the cases enumerated above in the Court of Sh. Ankit Singla, learned Metropolitan Magistrate, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi. The parties shall appear before the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate on 15th February, 2016 in the first instance in this behalf. All the cases as afore-mentioned shall be transferred to the Court of Sh. Ankit Singla, learned MM on or before 15th of February, 2016. With the above directions, the present transfer petition is allowed and disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of. Copy of this order be sent by express messenger to the District Judge, Saket Courts, New Delhi to be transmitted to the concerned MMs for
compliance.
