% 08.01.2016 After some arguments, Mr.V.P.Singh, learned senior counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a representation with the DDA.

In the event such a representation is filed within a period of two weeks, the DDA is directed to decide the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The rights and contentions of all the parties, including the plea of maintainability on the ground of delay and laches, are left open. With the aforesaid liberty, present writ petition and application are disposed of.
