In view of the fact that a final order has been passed in the two rival petitions filed by the husband and wife under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 the instant appeal is disposed of as infructuous for the reason it challenges two interim orders passed in the main petitions. Reason why the appeal has become infructuous is that the main petitions seeking right as a guardian of Baby Avni and Baby Alina have been disposed of. 2.
