% 04.10.2018 Learned counsel for the plaintiffs, on instructions, states that the plaintiffs without prejudice to their rights and contentions wish to withdraw the present suit at this stage with liberty to file the same afresh upon the discharge of payment by the borrower company to the defendant no.16/Punjab National Bank in terms of the settlement agreement or in case defendant no.16/Punjab National Bank initiates any fresh action against the suit property bearing no. 6/842-857, Main Bazar, Mehrauli, New Delhi.

With the aforesaid statements, the present suit stands disposed of.
