Crl.M.A.No.7949/2016 (for correction/modification of the order dated 06.11.2015) (1) Vide order dated 06.11.2015 FIR No.79/12 registered at Police Station Harsh Vihar, Delhi under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act was quashed. (2) Due to typographical mistakes in para 2 of the said order, the date has been typed as 234.10.2013 instead of 23.10.2013 and amount CRL.M.C. 4582/2015

of `40 lacs has been typed instead of `4 lacs. (3) Necessary corrections are ordered to be made in the order dated 06.11.2015. The date shall be read as 23.10.2013 instead of 234.10.2013 and the amount shall be read as `4 lacs instead of `40 lacs. Other terms and conditions of the order are left undisturbed. (4) The application stands disposed of.
