% 19.04.2017 Mr.Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition, with liberty to institute proper proceedings, in accordance with law, in view of the circumstance that the respondent company which had its registered office in Mumbai, has already been directed to be wound up by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay by its order dated 12th August, 2015.

Leave and liberty granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
