It is 03:50 p.m. Mr. Jagjit Singh, learned Senior Standing Counsel for Railways, on instructions submits that the respondent has reinstated the petitioner on 22nd December, 2015 in terms of the order dated 11th August, 2015 passed by the Division Bench in W.P.(C) 7564/2015. Mr. Jagjit Singh, on instructions, further submits that the petitioner is presently undergoing training. It is submitted that the petitioner may not be interested to pursue this petition in view of the reinstatement.
The petition is dismissed.
