O R D E R

% 28.03.2016 The disputes between the parties stand settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 14.03.2016 signed by the parties, their respective counsels and the learned mediator is placed on record. The terms of the settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and I see no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the suit is disposed of as settled in terms of the settlement, which shall continue to bind the parties. Learned counsel for the defendant has tendered in court the amount of Rs.50,000/- drawn in favour of plaintiff no.2 by way of pay order, which has been delivered to learned counsel for the plaintiff and is accepted by him. The said payment has been made in terms of clause 6(h) of the settlement agreement.

Since the suit has been settled in mediation, the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the court fee.
