% 14.11.2017 The petitioner had sought directions to carry out the tender process and execute the agreement to the extent of Lot No. 1 and Lot No. 2.

The petitioner was aggrieved by the letter dated 16.10.2015 informing that the tender had been cancelled. It has been informed on behalf of Delhi Transport Corporation i.e. respondent that the security deposit amount for the two lots i.e. Rs. 18,50,000/- and Rs. 28,53,000/- will be refunded. This is in the form of communication to the DTC's standing counsel. A copy of the same is hereby taken on record.

A direction is therefore issued to the DTC to ensure that the security deposit amount is refunded to the petitioner within two weeks from today.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
