ORDER

% 25.07.2016 The learned counsel for the appellants states that the parties have arrived at a settlement. The settlement has been recorded in a settlement deed made on 03.06.2016, a copy of which has been handed over to us and which we are taking on record. As per the learned counsel, in view of the settlement deed, nothing further survives in the appeal and the appeal be disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. Mr Sanjay Mathur, who is the Senior General Manager of the respondent company, is present in court and confirms that the settlement has been arrived at and there is nothing due and owing from the appellants to the respondent and all disputes have been settled.

In view of the foregoing, the appeal stands disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
