This Rent Control Revision Petition under Section 25B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 was preferred impugning the order (dated 15th July, 2015 in EP No.81/12 of the Court of Rent Controller (North-East), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi) allowing leave to the respondents to defend the petition for eviction under Section 14(1)(e) of the Act filed by the petitioner. 2.

Notice of the petition was ordered to be issued and the counsel for the legal representatives of the respondent has been appearing. 3.

Today, none appears for the petitioner.

One gentleman who states that his name is Hemant Yadav, S/o Late Shri Maharaj Singh appears and states that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties and has in Court handed over photocopy of order dated 25th July, 2017 in CIS No.7522/15 of the Court of Rent Controller (NorthEast), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi along with other documents in this regard.

There is no reason to disbelieve.
