Ms. Ahlawat, learned counsel for the respondent No.2/D&SJ states that the respondent No.2/D&SJ has disbursed the amounts to the employees as received from the respondent No.3/GNCTD, barring a few and the said process shall be completed soon. She therefore states that nothing further survives for consideration in the present petition. 2.
Mr. Saini, learned counsel for the petitioners states that in view of the subsequent decision taken by a Committee of this Court on the administrative side on 05.05.2016, whereunder the claim for grant of non-functional scale W.P.(C) 10490/2015
on completion of four years of service for Civil Nazir was held to be untenable, which decision was taken after the present petition was filed in November, 2015, he reserves the right of his clients to lay a challenge to the said decision in independent proceedings, if necessary. 3.
Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The present petition is disposed of alongwith the pending application.
