% 25.01.2019 The parties have settled the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and have entered into a settlement agreement dated 18.01.2019.
In terms of the said settlement agreement, the respondent have given three post dated cheques amounting to Rs.25,00,000/- and undertaken that the cheques when presented will be duly encashed. Binding the parties to the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement, the suit is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.
In case, the cheques are returned unpaid for any reasons, the liberty is granted to the petitioner to take steps as per law including seeking revival of the present petition.
