1. The LAC in paragraph-4 of its counter affidavit has clarified that the khasra in respect of which the Petitioners are seeking a declaration of the acquisition proceedings having been lapsed, viz., khasra No. 1062/295(111), 1060/295/1(2-6) and 1061/295/2 (0-9), measuring ·4 bigha 6 biswas situated in the revenue village of Gharoli, Delhi was dropped from the land acquisition proceedings even earlier and therefore, the Award in question does not cover their land.

2. In view of the above statement, learned counsel for the Petitioners does not seek any further clarification.
