By way of the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR no. 482/2015 registered at PSKhyala for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/304B/34 IPC. 2.
Pursuant to order dated 16.11.2015, petitioner joined the investigation and as per the status report nothing to be recovered from her. 3.
As stated by the ld. APP for the State chargesheet in the present case has already been filed against the husband of the deceased. Moreover, the petitioner is not able to move and was living separately from the deceased and her husband at the time of incident.

In view of above, Investigating Officer of the case is directed to release the petitioner in the event of her arrest on her furnishing a personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to his satisfaction.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed.
